A blinking red light on the charging stand indicates that your device is charging. When it’s fully charged, the light will be solid.

To preserve battery life, your device will sometimes go into power-saving mode, and the blue or green lights will turn off. But don’t worry, your device is still active! If you hold down the panic button for 3 seconds to activate it, the device will automatically turn back on and connect you with emergency services. When the device is in power-saving mode, you can also press the power button again to wake it up.
Your device comes pre-programmed to call the emergency services your organization has selected. All you need to do is make sure it is charged and it is ready to go!
